  1. It Is Cool How You Use Different Materials For Certain Things! Like The Black Is To Represent The mood of the poem. Also, I like how you explain why you used the word "When" in your butterfly. "I interpreted this as if the people were really optimistic when they heard the world when." If I were you I would have put something to represent the optimism of the people, like maybe a light color. Anything other than that I think you did well on.

  2. Hi John! Your butterfly is very well put together, and I like how it's really neatly put together. I like how you interpreted the 'when' by lacing together optimism because it kep giving people hope. What did the white triangular pieces of paper represent? Was it symbolic to the poem? Also, I recommend you include your poem and add more tags to reach the requierments. Otherwise, good job!

  3. Nice job on your butterfly John! At first glance, I thought you should add more color into your project, but then I realized that you intended it to be that way. That was smart how you used color, or the lack of it, to represent the mood and emotions engrained in your poem. One question I had about your project was about the white strips of paper... Were they just for decoration, or did they have symbolism or meaning behind them? The slideshow that you added onto your butterfly was extremely interesting, and I thought it really helps viewers get a feel for what the prisoners would go through back then. The whole idea of using toothpicks as the letters was quite creative as well. Again, great job on your butterfly, and keep up the good work!
